Website terms

Last updated: 4 July 2026. These terms cover use of this website and, where stated, the AesthetiClinic application. Customers of the application are also governed by the subscription agreement accepted at signup and the Data Processing Agreement, which governs how patient data is processed.

Use of this site

Content on this site is provided for general information about AesthetiClinic. You may browse, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at scale, misrepresent it, or use it to train commercial models without permission.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The AesthetiClinic website and application, including their software, design, user interface, workflows, and form and document templates, are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Registering for or using AesthetiClinic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service to run your own clinic. It transfers no ownership.

You must not, and must not permit or assist any third party to:

  • copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from any part of the service, its interface, its workflows, or its form or document templates, except for your own clinic's internal use;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure or underlying ideas of the service;
  • access or use the service to build, benchmark, inform or assist a competing product or service, or to evaluate it on behalf of a competitor;
  • scrape, harvest or extract data or content by automated means, or access the service other than through the interfaces we provide;
  • share your account or access credentials with, or provide access to, any third party or competitor.

Access is provided for genuine clinical and clinic-administration use only. We may suspend or terminate, without notice, any account we reasonably believe is being used for evaluation, copying, competitive analysis, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

Accuracy

We keep product, pricing and comparison information current and date-stamp claims that depend on third parties (for example, what competing systems can export). If you spot something out of date, tell us at hello@aestheticlinic.io and we will correct it.

No clinical advice

Guides and templates published on this site support clinic administration. They are not medical, legal or regulatory advice; practitioners remain responsible for their own compliance with their regulator and insurer requirements.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
