Why per practitioner, and why your takings stay yours.
Pricing by practitioner means you only ever pay for the team you have. Add a practitioner and the price goes up by one; lose one and it goes down. There is no minimum tier and no seat you are paying for and not using.
And we do not touch your payments. Marketplace tools take a percentage of every booking, so they profit from your prices and your busiest months. Deposits and balances run through your own Stripe account at 0% commission to us. No booking fee, no per-patient charge, nothing skimmed off the top. Stripe's standard card fees are the only cost on a payment, and they go to Stripe.
The price-lock pledge
No asterisks. No games.
Your £25 plus VAT per practitioner core subscription is price-locked for 24 months from the day you sign up. We will not raise your core price inside that window, and the whole platform stays included: no feature held back for a higher tier, no add-on module to unlock, no credit system, no commission on your takings.
The only costs that ever vary are published usage packs, printed here in black and white. That is the whole list today, and it only ever grows in public: anything optional we add in future is printed here before we charge a penny for it, and nothing you already have will ever move behind it.

Who counts as a practitioner?
Each practitioner with their own login and diary. Patients, bookings, consent forms and records are all unlimited: the only thing the price scales with is the size of your clinical team, so it grows and shrinks with you.
Do you charge per patient or per booking?
No. Unlimited patients and unlimited bookings are included. We removed the per-booking fee entirely: the price is simply per practitioner, with no caps on how much you use the platform.
Are any features locked to a higher tier or sold as add-ons?
No. There is one plan and everything on this page is included from your first practitioner. No Starter, Team or Enterprise ladder to climb, and nothing on this page is held back as a paid add-on. If we ever offer an optional extra beyond the platform, something genuinely new rather than a feature you already have, it will be list-priced on this page before you can spend a penny on it.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. It is a monthly rolling subscription. Cancel from your settings, export everything with one click, and your data is deleted on a schedule you control.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose to continue and add payment details. We do not auto-charge a card you entered at signup, because you did not enter one.
Are there any other costs or card fees?
The £25 plus VAT per practitioner is the whole platform price, with no other AesthetiClinic charges on top. Patient payments run through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard card fees are the only payment cost, and they go to Stripe, not to us. SMS is bought as prepaid message bundles. Automatic emails (confirmations, reminders, aftercare) are free and unlimited, and marketing campaigns include 500 emails a month, with prepaid credits beyond that.
Do you charge for patient SMS or email reminders?
Email reminders are included, free and unlimited. SMS is a flat 7p plus VAT per message, bought as 1,000-message bundles (£70 plus VAT) inside the platform. Because it is prepaid there is never a surprise bill, the platform warns you before the balance runs low, and you can switch on automatic top-up so a fresh bundle is bought before you run out and reminders never stop.
