Why a flat booking fee instead of commission?
Marketplace tools take a percentage of every booking, so they profit from your prices and your busiest months. We charge a flat 95p per online booking, visible, predictable, and by default paid by the client at checkout. Deposits and payments run through your own Stripe account; Stripe's standard card fees are the only other cost.
Pricing questions
What does a typical clinic pay?
£29 a month, whatever your team size. If your clients pay the 95p booking fee at checkout (the default), that is the whole subscription apart from SMS at 8p a message. A clinic that absorbs the fee on 100 online bookings a month adds £95.
What is the 95p booking fee and who pays it?
A flat 95p per completed online booking. By default it is added at checkout and paid by the client, the same way they already pay booking fees for tickets and restaurants. Prefer to hide it? Switch to clinic-absorbed in settings and it appears on your monthly invoice instead.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. It is a monthly rolling subscription. Cancel from your settings, export everything with one click, and your data is deleted on a schedule you control.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose a plan and add payment details. We do not auto-charge a card you entered at signup, because you did not enter one.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT invoices are issued automatically each month.
Do you charge for patient SMS or email reminders?
Email reminders are included. SMS messages are 8p each, itemised on your monthly invoice, with a spend cap you control in settings.
