A card is required at signup. Your first subscription payment is taken after 14 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.

A paid seat is a staff member set as bookable in the diary. At least one practitioner seat is billed per clinic. Administrative and reception accounts are free.

Seat changes and VAT

Changes to practitioner count apply from the next billing period. Prices are in GBP, exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate.

Cancellation

Monthly rolling, with no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancel at any time, effective at the end of your paid period. Read-only export access continues for at least 30 days after the agreement ends.

Marketing tools

Ordinary appointment emails are included. Marketing campaigns use your own Mailchimp account; any charges from that provider are separate. The published agreement also mentions bulk marketing email credits, so ask us to confirm any marketing charges before enabling a service.

What does a clinic actually pay?

The subscription is £25 plus VAT per bookable practitioner per month, with at least one paid seat per clinic. One practitioner is £25, three are £75 and five are £125, all plus VAT. SMS costs 7p plus VAT per message in prepaid bundles of 1,000 (£70 plus VAT). Ordinary appointment emails are included. There is 0% commission to us on patient payments; Stripe card processing fees still apply. A connected marketing provider may charge separately.

Do you charge per patient or per booking?

No. Unlimited patients and bookings are included in the subscription. There is no AesthetiClinic booking fee. Card processing fees still apply to payments through your own Stripe account.

Are features locked to a higher tier?

There is one plan. All the platform features listed on this page are included in the subscription. SMS is charged separately, and a connected third-party provider such as Mailchimp can have its own charges.
