Terms of use for AesthetiClinic booking websites

Who provides what

The clinic you are booking with provides your treatment. The clinic sets its own booking terms, prices, deposits and cancellation rules, and those terms are your agreement with the clinic. Please read them before you book.

AesthetiClinic provides the booking software the clinic uses, on the clinic's behalf. AesthetiClinic is run by MAP001 Ltd t/a AesthetiClinic, a company registered in Northern Ireland with company number NI739048 ("we", "us"). We are not the clinic, we do not provide treatment, and we are not a party to your booking with the clinic.

Using the booking website

You may use the booking website to find out about the clinic's treatments and to make, change or cancel your own bookings. Please:

• give accurate details, and only book for yourself or for someone who has agreed to you booking for them;
• keep any sign-in code or password to yourself;
• not make bookings you do not intend to keep, or use the site to harass the clinic or anyone else;
• not try to break, overload or get round the security of the site, or copy or scrape it by automated means.

If you misuse the site, the clinic or we may cancel bookings or block access.

No clinical advice from the platform

AesthetiClinic is booking software. Nothing the software shows you is medical advice. Treatment descriptions, prices and suitability information come from the clinic. Questions about whether a treatment is right for you should go to the clinic and your practitioner.

Availability

We work to keep booking websites available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may need to pause them for maintenance or repairs. If something goes wrong with a booking, contact the clinic, which holds your booking and can put it right.

Apart from what these terms say and what the law requires, the booking software is provided as it is, without any other promise from us about it.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for the clinic's treatment or services, or for the clinic's own booking terms, prices or decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one shown here when you use the site.

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
