A fixed go-live date, agreed up front
We agree the date you go live before you commit to anything, and we plan the move backwards from it. Your existing appointments carry across, so the diary is never dark and no booking is lost on the day you switch.
White-glove managed migration, included
Not a DIY import button and good luck. We run the move with you: patients, services, diary structure and consent history, chasing down what your current system tries to withhold through an assisted, authenticated migration with your permission. Nothing goes live until you have confirmed the records are right.
Written into the contract
"Your data is yours" is a clause, not a slogan. The free full-fidelity export any time, with no exit fee, is a term of your subscription. We put the exit door on the homepage because lock-in is the disease in this market, and we refuse to catch it.
Proof, not a promise
A live clinic recently moved to AesthetiClinic from Aesthetidocs: 178 patients, 873 signed documents and their complete appointment history, 292 appointments in all, migrated and verified record-for-record.
We do not name the clinic, out of respect for their patients. But this was not a happy-path import: Aesthetidocs has no bulk export for consent PDFs, so every signed document was recovered through an assisted, authenticated migration and checked one by one against the original.
