1. Give notice. ANS subscriptions run month to month. Their terms ask for no less than one month’s notice, taking effect from your next payment date, and you keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for.
2. Contact them to close the account. Their terms say cancellation is by telephone or email to their team, using the contact details on the pages linked above.
3. Request your export before the account closes. Their terms ask you to request an export of your user content before closing the account. Their support page says you can export your data and keep read-only access to your completed records after cancelling.

Before you give notice anywhere, make sure you have a copy of:

• your patient list, with contact details and marketing consent
• appointment history, past and upcoming
• signed consent forms, as PDFs
• treatment records, including batch numbers
• before and after photos

Open the files and check a handful of patients against what you see in the old system. Once the account is closed you are relying on whatever you downloaded.
