Who we are

AesthetiClinic (aestheticlinic.io) provides clinic management software for UK aesthetics practitioners. For privacy enquiries contact [email protected].

What we collect on this site

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, clinic name, the system you currently use and any message you write. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo you asked for.

With your consent via the cookie banner, we collect anonymised analytics about how this site is used, to improve it.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you, and analytics on the basis of consent. Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Enquiry emails are processed by our email provider; analytics, where consented, by our analytics provider. Both act as processors under agreements that meet UK GDPR requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
