Running a clinic means I have a thousand little things to juggle. Bookings and documentation used to be one of them until we started using AesthetiClinic. Who runs the demo?
Jennie, our Clinic Success Manager. She previously ran an aesthetics clinic, and now helps clinics get set up. The conversation is about how your clinic works as well as how the software works.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you share a public booking-page link, we can prepare a sample of your own treatments. It is optional. Bring your questions about bookings, consent, records or changing systems. Please do not send patient information or credentials.
How long is it?
30 minutes, on a video call with screen share. Choose a time in Jennie’s calendar and check the timezone shown there. The calendar provider confirms your appointment.
What does AesthetiClinic cost?
£25 plus VAT per bookable practitioner per month, with admin and reception accounts free. SMS is 7p plus VAT per message. There is 0% commission to us on patient payments; Stripe card processing fees apply. The 14-day free trial requires a card and is charged after 14 days unless you cancel before it ends.
Can you help us move from our current system?
We assess the available authorised exports and agree a scope with your clinic. We tell you what can and cannot be retrieved, and nothing goes live until you confirm the records are right. Timing and any charges are agreed for your move.
Can I try it myself instead?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial. A card is required at signup. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. You can still book a demo if you would like a walkthrough.
